No clue. Possibly NTR but no rape from what I can tell as of now. Somehow she ended up becoming the queen in the latest chapter so high probability of NTR but most likely no rape as they were pretty specific on keeping her virginity intact. Updates on this are so slow I basically forgot about it. Possibly in the next chapter or the chapter after that it will be revealed what actually happened.

They'd been forcing her to orgasm for like 40 chapters while the protagonist is diligently on his quest to rescue her. I consider that rape tbh. The whole "muh virgin blood" thing is just sophistry to appease purityfag otaku who delude themselves into thinking it's not NTR/rape without penetration and their waifus are still pure.

Legally rape means penetration against will. Molesting is what happened in 40+ chapters. NTR can happen with one or the other. Both are not necessary for it to become NTR..

Yeeeeaahh...........but we all kinda know when the themes are at least "rapey", right? I mean, why would you even bother going to some kind of "legal" definition on this kind of discussion? "Forced to orgasm for like 40 chapters" as Rozzak puts it.......yeah, why would you even try to split hairs between rape and sexual assault (like it'd probably be considered where I'm at.....though it might still be rape, I ain't a lawyer), being needlessly specific like that doesn't really make much sense.

We go to the legal definition because ignoring it and calling stuff "rapey" can be the first step down the long but predictable road toward suppressing that stuff, either legally or by social pressure. In the manga world, it would probably be by social pressure.

Here is an American legal definition of rape. Figure it out (or count the up-votes), and this trashy thread deserves to be locked before it gets any worse:

(a) Rape. — Any person subject to this chapter who commits a sexual act upon another person by —
(1) using unlawful force against that other person;
(2) using force causing or likely to cause death or grievous bodily harm to any person;
(3) threatening or placing that other person in fear that any person will be subjected to death, grievous bodily harm, or kidnapping;
(4) first rendering that other person unconscious; or
(5) administering to that other person by force or threat of force, or without the knowledge or consent of that person, a drug, intoxicant, or other similar substance and thereby substantially impairing the ability of that other person to appraise or control conduct;
is guilty of rape and shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
