I've been playing a violin for five years now.
(school classes)
I'm going to an orch camp in the summer to
get away, plus I get to dorm with all my best friends.
(shopping, yessss!)

I self-taught myself some guitar but along the way
I got lazy and stopped at chords. XD
I should get myself an instructor to restart again...

I have school classes for violin and take private lessons for piano.

Dude, lessons are cool for guitar but you don't need them. Maybe this is just me but i am completely self taught. I think that if I had lessons, i would be too focused on tech and not on feel. Anyway that's just me.

I am completely and utterly self taught. Mostly when i actually decide to learn a song, i do it by ear or look up a tab to see the key and chord progression, but other than that i just do whatever.

I'm good for about three of those options: I learned to play my Clarinet in a public school setting, taught myself to play Piano, and am taking private lessons for the guitar.

I take piano lessons every Wednesday at a music school.
I still play flute, which is part of the school band, but I don't take lessons. I haven't taken flute lessons since the beginning of middle school, which is required.
