He jumped out the window and was incidentally, caught by a passing stranger down below.
The stranger turned out to be a very rich CEO who fell inlove with the guy at first sight.

I remember there was a side story about the CEO's secretary who was taken in by the CEO's father but he started molesting the secretary. At first it was because of his love and detest for the secretary's mom (that was the CEO's father's old wife, who left him for the secretary's father) but it was revealed later that the father actually loved the secretary. He asked at his deathbed if the secretary hated him, and the secretary said yes, but he realized that he actually loved the father.
