I'm pretty sure the manga's summary went something like this:

New kid moves in and sees a neighborhood kid. People tell him not to play with him cause the kid is an "actor" playing a deceased boy.

Something about a whole family of actors?

I think I remember the end had something about a play production they decided to do. One of the characters said something like "I don't regret doing this?" or something
