Hello, I'm lf this psychology manga which was cancelled/ended due to author's health concern.

Total chapter I dont really remember, but most likely between 10-40. All of the chapters were scanlated.

The setting was, mc is college male student, I don't really remember but he somehow made a connection with a mysterious girl, from sns/match app or something. And there was some guy iirc who kinda bullied the mc or something, and the mc kinda chatted about it with the mysterious girl, and then not long after that, that guy was "killed", by this girl (something like pushed from behind into the incoming train or something iirc)

There were several female characters introduced in the story to help the mc find that mysterious girl, and, like, the author made those female characters suspicious one by one.

Near the end of the serialization, the story was taken back to when that mysterious girl was in mid/high school. Iirc many / most / all of her classmates died (caused by her).

I dont think the manga was more recent than 3 years ago.
