˚₊· ͟͟͞͞➳❥ Typesetter: able to use appropriate fonts and type the English translation texts into the cleaned manga
˚₊· ͟͟͞͞➳❥ Proofreader: able to proofread the translation and change it to make it better looking (good English skills required)
˚₊· ͟͟͞͞➳❥ Quality Checker: fix any mistakes, errors after other staff finish the whole scanlation - able to notice editor/clrd/ts/pr mistakes in the final product
˚₊· ͟͟͞͞➳❥ Uploader: able to take the translated manga chapter and upload it on website (I use Mangadex for this)

This is a non profit scan group, not to mention there are rarely any groups these days that work for money. Anyway, that's the wonder of another topic. So, due to the forum rules of no asking about payment, i neglected to mention about this aspect. And, to answer your question, we don't pay staff for their work, we do all of this for free and for scanlation group, of course our job is to scanlate the raw manga into english version one, hope you understand this now.

Additionally, my demand was not high, you can read the last two to three sentences on the part i said the requirements are there for the basic knowledge and not what i strictly demand, basically those who are in the process of learning and the like are eligible to apply.

PS: I even took in someone who knows nothing about this scanlation thing as my founding member too, so i don't think my demands are quite high, all those requirements are all basic stuff i took from the forum rules itself.
