Hi,
I think the design is nice.
But maybe put the headings in the left side - "New Anime", etc. - in a lighter color. I had a hard time seeing them.
And graphics are good, but maybe small ones so the page-loading time isn't so bad. (Probably not an issue if you are on anything other than crappy dial-up)

looks hot to me, since it's a domain work hard ^__^ xD

Well from my perspective, it looks okay. A few seconds, it seems a little to stiff with just black and white. I don't like how the colour of the text in the What's Happening? area as it's not light enough to read easily (I can see it, but I feel I'm trying too hard to read it. I found out that the whole page is currently an image when I tried to select the text there and then couldn't, and found I couldn't select any on the page! 🤣 ). I don't like the fade-to-gray that's above Welcome to Trozzy (okay personal taste, but it makes that light-coloured text a bit harder to read, to me anyway...). I almost overlooked the words "New Anime" in the box in the top left with the colour being navy (or it looks even darker...maybe midnight blue..?). The text size is a little small (smaller than what's used here on the forums from when I compare), but that's up to you. The font used for the top menu should be bigger since I think these are what users will be using to "navigate", right? And the text next to Trozzy in the top "menu" ("Downloads For You" seem small since it's smaller than the word "Trozzy" and that it's italicized.

But it's a good basic page. But I'm just giving my full opinion since I think you asked. ^^; If it helps, I'm not 100% happy with how Manga-Update's layout looks. I'm having/have times when it's I have to increase the font size because the colours on the forum seem hard to read. ^^;

Okay I usually won't criticize graphics skills cause I have none but this layout has no graphics really.

1. The Blue on gray doesn't work
2. The New Anime new manga headers on the left are invisible and need to be changed
3. Add an anime graphic somewhere

Here's what you can't fix:

1. Generic and unoriginal (why do I feel like i've seen this site over and over?))
2. From what i've read you are a new distro and you're already thinking about donations( Why not learn to scanlate and actually do something beneficial to the community and stop being such a tazmo wannabe??)

The second one might be a bit harsh but it's true there are hundreds, hundreds of sites like this one that put up anime and scanlations and try to make profits by using scanlations and anime that people put long hours into doing not for money(yes they take donations but how much do they get really?) but for their love of anime and manga and the community so rethink your priorities mr. Trump 😛

Well my bad I was kinda kidding about the tazmo wannabe thing I just wanted to insult tazmo a bit 😛

Well I don't mind donations really as it gives leechers a choice it's when donations turn into "Premium Membership" and you start charging "fees" . WTF? the stuff is free all over the place and you're preying upon fools. Not to mention exploiting groups. That guy pisses me off. I know for a fact he takes the page numbers of manga from groups and takes out their credits and puts it up. S.O.B.

If you start doing that then you'll be a tazmo so I hope you have no intention of doing that.

Also on topic when you put the design up is it one large image or smaller images and backgrounds? Cause you can get it to look like that without doing the whole thing in photoshop as one image? Dunno how are you gonna code it i'm curious? 😛

Cheisha, what do mean "i am not suppose to be in this convo"? 😳 It's not like this is the 18+ section since it's the Chatter Box. 😳 (Woo, look, I stacked some faces! 😀 ) Did you end in in the wrong thread? Anyhow, if you look at the original post plus mine, I believe luisalirio is saying that the entire layout is one image at the moment. I'm not sure if it's that way because it's only in "preview" mode. There's no links from what I can tell.
