I remember reading a manga but I can't remember the name: at a certain point there was an AI that evolved so much it began thinking of itself as God. It was represented as a some sort of abomination. Any clue?

Nope, unfortunately. I haven't read any of them and the manga I'm talking about is one I read, certain about it. I can't remember any other detail about the story, I just remember this part that was some sort of flashback-explanation about this AI that could learn things through the internet, it learnt and learnt until he started calling itself God and it looked like an abomination/monster at that point.
