I'm a little tired of the fan service about the girl who gets in underwear or the lewd scenes, i know i can find some more serious mangas along the way but... what about some mangas that depict fan services about girls and boys equally, think about it

What type of masculine fan service? You referring to content that you'd find in a Chippendales show, or manly men doing manly things and looking manly while doing it?

Or, are you referring to traps also getting stripped searched like the sluts they are?

you know that in some animes or mangas, the girls act kind of lewd, or there are scenes where you can see part of their underwear or even the classic harem stuff where the girl looks overattached to some character, now, look the other way around, te boys are depicted looking at the minimal, smallest oportunity to, for example, peek under the girl underwear, but in lower cases, showing part of their underwear, skin, or even that pushy attachment that the girls would show in some harem stuff.

not about males looking feminine, but more... eager, dunno
just looking for a kinda balanced manga

The World of Moral Reversal is perhaps the closest you'll get. Outside of that, probably look for action or sports series with majority non-female MCs and the “ecchi” genre attached (Of which, the closest I can recommend would be Devil Devil or Shounan Junaigumi!). Or, probably ecchi series aimed at children that appear around the 70's and 80's like Miss Machiko.

What you're asking for is a harder question than you realize because, believe it or not, men are more easily sexualized than women. However, people don't call or acknowledge it as “sexualization”. Instead, any attention they dedicate towards the masucline sexualization is just to label it as a “power fantasy” and try to brand it as an “abhorrent idea” with some Freudian argument that boils down to the guy having a small willy and trying to compensate. Dragon Ball is one such case where men are highly sexualized throughout the series, but people don't focus on that because they don't register exaggerate masculine features as being “Sexual” unless it has to do with the size of one's cock. However, even in series that contain bathhouse scenes between men when they're comparing sizes, it's all treated as one big joke that people laugh at and move on. Meanwhile, exaggerate female assets (Breasts, legs, ass, etc.) and have them comparing sizes (Even in the briefest way), and suddenly it's a perverted work that's going to result in every single SJWeeb branding you as pedo for reading.

Actually, thinking about it, the closest you'll get are probably series with hermaphrodites because then they have to balance out the characters having both masculine and feminine characteristics.

Shinyuu Ouji to Koshiginchaku - Oshi no Ouji ni Kyuukon Sarete Komattemasu
It sates 'shoujo', but the manga surely gives some echhi vibes. At the same time, there're flowers and sparkles, and an ikemen, so...
