Click on Releases, where you’ll see the latest manga releases, and you can click on the translation group’s name and site to find the chapters. Or simply type in a manga’s name in the search box, see which group translated the chapter you want to read, and go there.
Alternatively there are tons of manga aggregator sites out there, good ones like Mangadex, and less than good ones....
