Might not follow my summary exactly since it's been a while but,
I think he gets hurt or something and his brother (possibly step/did not grow up together)'s assistant/butler looks after him. MC grew up in a poorer household I think... currently living alone.
Him and the assistant fall in love and the brother gets jealous?
