Korean in origin, probably came out like 10 years ago. Gate isekai where a guy stockpiles supplies and essentially conquers the isekai by the power of america(guns, tanks, humvees, etc) he assassinated a king with the power of a sniper rifle. The gate eventually is due to close for like 10 years or something and he decides to stay in the isekai along with his mom who deaged.
