There are many cool ass fights
but i notice lately an important quality to a good fight is the scenery
it can enhance the mood of the fight and add so much visual fun
so in this topic tell me the best fight landscapes you have seen in a manga

please be specific as to what manga it was and who was fighting as well.

i personally like the current setting for the current fights in Bleach
the sky and the city tops

Dragonball Z made the idea of fighting in the sky in day light pretty nostalgic as well

also that grimmjou vs ichigo scnerey

why because i am the president of the student council of course

i have a hate for manga fights so im always looking to the anime version if there is one
best fight platform is either:
-in the sky on top of sand and clay birds (Deidara vs Gaara)
-in the city, in a car and then in the streets (Revy vs Roberta - Black Lagoon)

i also like the Big 0 fight scenery
in the buildings

i like the dragonball Z underwater fight sceneries

and in X/1999 the midnight city scenery

i really like fight scenes in which are set in little stones floating above hot lava...and then the danger is that hero and the villain will either get killed or fall in the pool of lava...<its really exciting for me!!!>

when it was set on stage...i dont know why but somehow i find it appealing that they have monster audiences...

Gunslinger Girl the girls vs Padanians on St Mark's Bell Tower in Venice.

Also Historie (the siege at the barbarian village) and Kurozuka (in the forest and in the apocalypse city).

My favorite is the Sando/Won Sul fight on a rooftop against a full moon sky in Shin Angyo Onshi.

I also love all the fantasy backgrounds in One Piece. All of them. >_>

Vagabond also has great backgrounds -- amazingly detailed and cinematic.
