I like romance manga (shoujo and josei) with a cold/emotionally strong female lead who is not looking for a commitment and likes to tease the male lead. The guy can be a little insecure about where he stands in the relationship but I DO NOT like a weak male lead. I like the male lead to fall in love first. Two examples that are EXACTLY what I am looking for:

Koi desu ga Koi Janai
Otokonoko ni Toriko

One example of something SIMILAR to what I'm looking for is:

hananoi-kun to koi no yamai
