This series seems to have been on hiatus for at least 1 to 2 years. Does anyone know why?

I have no idea, but I googled a bit and I found information that it is going to be serialized again. You may know about it, but I thought I'd share it in case you didn't. Here's the link.

Thanks for the link! 🙂 It's been quite some time since I read any info regarding Hakkenden so I was really out of touch. I'm glad it's going to resume serialisation and not going to be like... restarted. 😛

That's my blog and there's been updated information on Hakkenden. From what I understand, this past issue contained the old chapters 1-3 and the next issue will contain 4-6. After that, the chapters will be newly serialized material. I'm just excited we get to see more!
