I follow a lot of scanlation groups and try to check the new releases page as often as possible for new chapters of manga that I am reading (which is a lot easier than checking each scanlation page). However, it would be very helpful if there was a way to keep track of the groups as well, as they sometimes post new manga and I don't always notice the release on the page. Could a notice for group releases also be available?

For example, something like this:

It would probably be really helpful for those of us who follow a lot of groups. However, if it isn't possible, then oh well.
