The 13th volume of Hiromu Arakawa's Silver Spoon manga revealed on Thursday that by the manga's 14th volume, the climax of the manga's story will be "imminent."

Arakawa announced last month that she put the manga back on a short hiatus after having just resumed it in this year's 21st issue of Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday in April. The announcement added that the WEB Sunday website and the magazine itself will announce when the manga will be published again.

Arakawa announced in August that she would slow the pace of her manga due to the health of a family member declining. Arakawa revealed in April that her family member's medical treatment is finished, so she is relieved. She added that she can't become negligent however, so little by little, she will continue to draw manga while watching over her family member.

That´s a bit of a let down, but truth be told a manga like this can end at any time since it doesn´t have a definite plot line and is just more of a slice of life. Hope the ending will be as fun as the rest of the manga biggrin

I only posted here to push this one to the top of the manga´s topics to signal that the manga ended 2 months ago. The final tankobon comes out next month and the scanlation only has 2 chapters to go (ch. 131 is an epilogue). Even the US translation will end this summer.

Arakawa´s journey concluded and she now "only" has to work on her monthly Arslan Senki (ARAKAWA Hiromu) re-adaptation that survived way past the anime it was supposed to push. Lol. Get wrecked Liden Films.

You've got it completely wrong given how the manga started in 2013 while the anime aired from 2015-16. This situation is very normal given how a limited cour anime adaptation will obviously start later than the manga it is adapting as well as not be able to fully cover it.
