personally i find this ridiculous. i mean the reason why the child pornography is illigal is because it treats children like an object and not a being, cauing pain.
even if manga dipicks children in sexual manner, it's ridiculous to think that we're abusing the virtual, non-existant characters!

As for me, no comments from me 'cos well... to be frank, forget about stuff like "free speech", stuff like that only exists when a few or more groups are willing to co-operate and so on. On one hand, I feel bad for Handley 'cos of all the BS and misconceptions about manga. On the other hand, it's the US which still has a ton of problems leftover from the censorship days of comics(1950s) and also likely from the days of the Quakers and so on.

Yeah, the Handley case is pretty old.
