I've read until chapter 23... and then i went to read what i thought was the next chapter (vol 5 ch1) and was like "WTF"... T_T Why do people do that? I've been looking all over the place in search for the missing chapters but without success.
Why is it that they translate chapter 1 of volume 5 without translating the previous ones T_T.
Don't get me wrong I'm thankfull that people take their time for translating and editing this but it's just that it "really grinds my gears" T_T
Can't someone with free time be able to do it... I'd be extremly gratfull >_<

PD: Where can I find the volume 4 raw?

No asking for download. To answer your original question, these groups divide up chapters to different people, some people finished while others didn't. They may be the reason for the discrepancy. I love The Summit too btw.
