Really, what happened to Sex Pistols (the Yaoi one?) I've seen not hide nor tail of it in so long!

Sex Pistols/Love Pistols is licensed by SuBlime and volume 6 will be released in February. As for chapter releases, it's pretty much on hold/hiatus. It's up to Kotobuki Tarako to continue it 🙁

I'm confused about Shinobu's story. I found this scanned raw of volume 6 (french version). It's another family but this time, it includes Makio's dad.

Apparently, Shinobu is the son of Karen (the pretend mistress of Kunimitsu) and Kunimitsu (Makio's dad). So, Shinobu and Makio are siblings. THAT'S what it shows on the raw above. But there was another family tree in the earlier volumes in the manga (vol 2 or 3, maybe) that Shinobu was legit the son of Makio and Karen and were half-siblings with Yonekuni, Kunimasa and Hidekuni and a true sibling to Manami D: CONFUSING.

And from the raw (CH42) that I've read, Shinobu is the uke (and it's kinda weird how I saw that coming) and Timlin, the mermaid dude (he looks handsomer in CH42) isn't the one he chooses but that weird chinese-looking black-haired dude (Kenny Lennon). I'M BEGINNING TO LOSE MAH MIND D:

The recent translations are very inaccurate and I'm beginning to get annoyed (I also thought of dropping this manga off my list) but when I found the raw of CH42 and the new family tree (damn) my interest has been piqued again -__- So... yea. Just wanted to rant that out C:

Not sure if this is in any way related at all, but just wanted to point out that this (http://view.thespectrum.net/manga/Akuma%20wa%20Hohoemu/Volume%2001/awh_v01_001.JPG) mangaka's style of drawing is somewhat so similar to tarako kotobuki's style, that I just can't help but start wondering either it is possible that it is from the same person, and that Tarako decided to just ditch Sex Pistols (because of some unknown reasons...although I would to ask why? why 😕 ? I love this series so SO much!) and go do something else (also good works these are) instead (o.0)??

Or maybe, it's just me :-||

Akuma wa Hohoemu? (the link that you posted?) That's Madarame Hiro's work and though her style is similar to Kotobuki Tarako's older style, it's not the manga-ka for Sex Pistols. And I don't think she's stopping Sex Pistols. My best guess is that she has other projects going (or something in her private life) and works on Sex Pistols when she can.
