Hi! Could you please help me find this yaoi manga?

It's about two childhood friends who meet once again when they are teenagers. The uke had moved to the city, but he went back to his hometown to visit his dad or some other relative. The seme was confused at first because he remembered the uke as a girl -though I'm not sure about that part. Anyways... they got drunk and slept together, and the seme said he couldn't look into the uke's eyes because he was regretting what happened. The uke left, saying he had been serious. Then, the seme went looking for him and found him in some kind of cabin, where they used to play when they were little. Later on they start dating, even though they still live far away from one another, and they have a jealousy problem when the uke becomes a tutor and his student is all flirty with him.
