After reading a few chapters of Freesia, I am really confused about Higuchi. Is the Higuchi in the coffee shop only an illusion, or is she the real one?

Please explain because I am really confused about Hiroshi and Higuchi,

Being confused is part of the Freesia experience. Just accept that you're confused and keep going. This sort of confusion will happen quite a bit - it's difficult to tell what's real and what's hallucination, and it doesn't really matter if you can tell or not for the most part.

So your telling me I have to suffer through this until the end? Dammit it doesn't make any sense!

It would be nice to have some spoilers regarding this manga because honestly, it scares the crap out of me. So I'd like to know a bit more about the story before I finish all of it.
