It is just that in Foz do Iguaçu - PR (Brasil off course) there is a comunity for middle east people (not sure from which country) and the women all use those bandana in their head. I find it strange since it is hot in there, it gets 40-45C in january and it gets even hotter in february and march. The people from the japanese community have Brasilian-like hairstyle and clothing.

those ppl have no connection with me. if they look middle-eastern to you, you probably talk about ppl from arab countries, or muslim countries where they force women to wear white or black veils to cove their head and face.
israeli ppl outside of israel usually have western looks, and even the most religious women are just covering the head, not the face. 😐

in some communities women are still considered as property.
im not saying everyone are like this, its probably a minority, but having anyone act against their will in any way in this time and age infuriates me.

There are a few cases in Brasil and since I am descendant of "açoriano" (don't know in english, but thei are some crazy arranged marriage people) I have been offered an arranged marriage, I have never felt so insulted in my life. By the way moritana what do you think about the that thing with Israel nuclear enrichment program being atacked by USA?
