negima anime

I have seen the negima 26 ep and the negima!? series...as well as the ovas as well. The first was pretty good, but it was written (if i remember correct) when the festival arc was starting or right before it. Negima!? was one of the worst things I have ever seen.
Does anyone else think that they could get about 50-90 episodes by following the manga? At the least does anyone think they could do a second season (26 eps) with the training + other world arc?
If i could relate it to a few things it would be like Naruto ending after the 2 years of fillers...and never going to shupuden. Or Bleach ending after the first 15 eps.
(btw I have read up to negima 206...I think the arc that they are on now is amazing)

I didn't see anywhere that tekanubis was asking for downloads. Did you read the whole thing?
Anyways, I would imagine that they could've gotten to 90 episodes or above if they followed the manga (seeing as the manga is still publishing in Japan). Though with the two Negima series put together that's a total of 52 episodes. One of these days I need to watch Negima!?.

If you've read the manga, the anime will only disappoint you. Negima is one of my favorite mangas , but I wanted my time back after watch the anime. It wasn't bad, it's just having read the manga I knew what it could've been yet failed to even attempt.

I dont get the second season, its a disgrace, I mean, you do have a point, if they followed the manga they could make a superb multi-episode anime

The negima animes got butchered. That's all you can really say about it. They don't even follow consistently with one another. To be honest, i agree that they should just follow the manga, but for some reason they don't. I think someone in japan really hates the series and is trying to kill it by releasing crap anime versions
They probably realized they would never get the budgeting they would need to make it as long as the manga so decided to make up their own ending, I wish they hadn't...
Ive seen alot of the anime and all of the manga.manga is better though
So basically to vanquish the world of evil you must have mega sex with a girl then your soul is taken...yes

I might point out that the original version of ANYTHING is automatically better than any movie, series, anime, video that is made out of it. If you watched the Negima animes by themselves, they are, at best, decent. If you read the manga first and liked it, don't go to the anime. they do not follow the story except at the very beginning. Neither anime even covers the Library Exploration arc. One skips over it to get to Evangeline's Vampire attacks. It's pretty bad. Not to mention, at the end of each anime, Negi AUTOMATICALLY has kissed every girl in the class. it's retarded. In either anime, there is only half as much character development as there is in the manga. All-in-all, don't watch the Negima anime They are disappointing.
Also, I do believe that a good anime could have been made from Negima. The only problem would be that the episodes would move faster than the manga. Right now, if someone went back and started working on making an anime for Negima, they would catch up to the manga, probably by next December. Negima does not leave much room for fillers, unfortunately, and so a director would be hard pressed to keep up the anime. Once the anime had caught up to the manga, they would have to pull a Dragonball Z and make fight scenes last three episodes for one attack. (lol at spirit bomb.) Anyway, I think that if they do a manga-accurate anime story, they will have to wait for another hundred chapters or for Negima to finish.
