Nightcap, vol. 4 in the series When a Man Loves a Man, has a kiss education scene, in chapter 3. It might not be to your taste, as this is harder yaoi, and the men both look very much like men. It's hot, though.

The taste of the tongue in Sweet (INOMOTO Rikako) is something like that.

If you like Nightcap, you ought to go back and read the whole series, When a Man Loves a Man. I have to say that I didn't like the man Taakaki chose in the end, though. 😢 NITTA Youka is my favorite yaoi writer, and even though she draws manly men, I hope you'll become a fan.
