"Aspiring Mangaka" and "Wannabe Mangaka" can probably just be folded into "Mangaka," since the former two only have 3 titles each. Possibly "Mangaka-Editor Relationship" as well, but that seems to refer specifically to a romantic relationship, so some people might prefer it to be separate.
Edit:
Some more. Adapted to a Dating Sim, Adapted to a Visual Novel, Adapted to Game, and Adapted to Video Game should probably all be merged.
Adapted to a Mini-Cartoon and Adapted to OAV can be merged with Adapted to Anime. (The only entry under Mini-Cartoon got a Flash based anime released on DVD--in essence, an OAV. And about half of the OAVs are already double tagged with AtA. If we wanted to differentiate animated OAVs as a separate category, we'd probably have to differentiate between animated films, tv series, web series, etc. The catchall Anime just seems to make more sense.)
Partially Adapted to Anime is probably redundant, since not many series are adapted in their entirety anyway.

Unexpected Feelings seems like a wishy-washy category to me... since tags should only be added to a series when they are important/notable, it'd have to mean really unexpected feelings, but based only on the name, it seems very general and easy to misinterpret. I have second thoughts about deleting it though.
to oriana3k: Wannabe Mangaka has a negative connotation (like the person is just a poser or wants to be a mangaka but sucks at it), but nevertheless it doesn't seem to be an important enough difference to warrant having its own tag, so I'll merge it with Aspiring Mangaka. I'm unsure about merging Aspiring Mangaka with Mangaka, though...
Now that you mention it, the "adapted to..." categories do seem to need a little bit of cleaning up. Dating sims and visual novels are certainly video games, and these types of games based on manga don't seem common enough (as far as I know) to warrant having their own categories, so I'll merge those. As for Adapted to Game, most of the entries are probably video games, but surely a few are referring to other games (card games springs to mind), so a solution needs to be thought of for that (can't think of anything good for that right now... doesn't seem worth it to make a whole category just for "adapted to card game").
About formats like OAVs, animated films, anime, and dramas, I'm not knowledeable about the borders between them (don't know much about them in general, actually), so I don't feel qualified to be making major changes regarding those categories.
I thought Partially Adapted to Anime meant that the anime was cancelled... as in, they only adapted it part-way because they had to stop before they were done. But I could be way off about that, so best to ask somebody who knows about anime.
Anyway, it's been a month and there were no objections to my proposed rules of thumb for dealing with protagonist/male lead/female lead/side character/etc. tags, so I'll go ahead and start using them.

Little Sister and Younger Sister
Any specific difference between the two? If not I suggest that one be merged into the other.

They look completely the same to me; I'll merge them right away.
...I kind of feel like the Younger Sister, Younger Brother, etc. tags aren't that great because they're pretty general/vague... but I haven't thought of a good way to improve them, so I'm leaving them as they are for now.

Not a bug but...I felt some categories contains big spoiler...
Some categories that make spoiler (at least for me):
Incest => because I've seen this in categories before reading a manga, It doesn't surprise me at all when reading.
Fake Incest => Even more spoiler than Incest
Enemy become Lovers => This is the ending...
Whew... but I realized when I wrote this, Categories gave a big help to find manga that suits our taste.
Maybe there's a way so that some Categories in a manga page noted as spoiler?

Some categories are hidden because of the down votes...
I guess they could also be hidden bc of sploiler?

...
If use " Adapted to animation" (means all story so "from...to" isnt needed) and "Adapted partly to animation"(needs "from...to") It would be correct bc animation is umbrella word to anime, anima, cartoon, multfilm a.s.o.
"Adapted partly ..." means not only canselled series but some titles really got only partly adapted (like GetBackers ) and animation only covers part of all story and there wasnt cansellation or budget issues but it was this way from the start.
About movie(animated),OVA, ONA, TV series, specials a.s.o.- they are all animation, some made for cinemas, some for TV, some for sale release only (OVA - original video animation), some for net release (ONA - original net animation) - its only form of release.

You can just hide all the tags. Go to user cp then edit profile and under hide series categories by default select yes.

The 'Mangaka' tag is changed to 'Comic Artist/s' to avoid worldwide name versions meaning the same thing.
