I knew a girl in elementary and junior high that hair that long. I believe she still does since I've only seen a picture of her from after high school graduation.

Skittles: tastes the rainbow =D Yeah, that second pic's about a month old, and I haven't done anything different with my hair in, oh...a long time. Years, probably.

Tachu: Peace, man. 😎 Anyway, I don't think I'm singlehandedly causing a world shampoo shortage...I don't know how much the average person uses. And actually, most people really only need just enough shampoo to clean the oils from your scalp. Unless you're rolling around in the dirt, the rest of your hair (supposedly) doesn't get that dirty. (I'm totally disregarding the existence of sprays, dyes, gels, any of that gunk, so maybe that makes a difference, though.)

And I normally keep my hair tied up. Otherwise it gets caught on doorknobs...velcro...zippers...clasps on other peoples' purses or backpacks as they brush by... And then there've been times where I'm sitting on the floor playing with my cats, then I'd try to stand up while kneeling on my hair and either violently rip out a few strands or get something resembling whiplash. 🤢 I try to avoid that most days. But no incidents requiring the use of an emergency room. I suppose I should count myself lucky. 😀

Funky... I have a friend who also constantly changes hair color. And constantly means once every few months since I'm conservative mostly.
