[FOUND] I can't remember the title of this one story that I'm pretty sure is either yaoi or shounen ai (pretty sure it's shounen ai though).
It's about a super cute/attractive high school boy who has a hobby of collecting dolls and figurines. He creeps out his first girlfriend and since then hides his hobby. When a girl starts to really press him about dating her, he grabs the nearest person to him and says that they're dating, except the said person is a delinquent. The two of them actually end up falling in love with each other.
Plz halp me find this one. I've been looking for it forever. 😔
