ok...i just red this manga awhile ago and i didn't save it.
and i don't remember the title or name of this manga...
it's about a girl who promise to marry her cousins or sumthing.
but, she also who has two bodyguard. She drown and the bodyguard help her...she didn't know that he told her first kissed..
sumthing like that. i just don't remember the whole story...

Is it Ayashi no Ceres I know she drown in this story and her bodyguard or whatever save her? Tho it been years since I read it and I wish I didn't
Though to be honest their are a lot of shoujo manga where the heroine drowns and then saved by a kiss/cpr it sorta a cliche

I remember this, it's Shounen Harem by oda aya
a girl born from an affair finds herself being the heiress of a big wealthy family and decides to marry one among the many young relatives. I remember a chapter where one candidate, a very violent guy, ties her up and throws her into a pool to kill her. she's saved by the bodyguard who gives her CPR and he's then embarrased because he stole her first kiss

well, it's not because if you remember a bit ayashi no ceres the main character aya never promises to marry her cousin, who is the one that is hunting her. Her family wants to kill her. She has actually 2 guys who help her out among other people but they're not her bodyguards. There is a part in a later volume (12 I think) when the girl falls into the sea during a storm and her bf saves her, but girl 1313 speaks of a first kiss(CPR) ,while in ayashi they kiss already in the first volume and did other "stuff" looong before that accident too.
It's really a clichè as you said 😃
