Just curious:

Are you all involved in forums or sites for anime like you are with MangaUpdates?

Maybe it seems like a foolish question, but I'd like to point out that Baka-Updates (which I had always thought was pretty popular?) hasn't had a single forum post since 2014 or in some topics 2013. Unless this is the wrong site.

Also, while I love MyAnimeList for various reasons, the forums tend to derail into trolling pretty quickly. And I've found that the same list of top 30 popular anime tend to be suggested when someone is looking for new series (and I tend to like obscure things anyways). I've always appreciated that MangaUpdates typically has a thriving forum life and can (usually) take itself somewhat seriously. 😉

So. Where do you guys go?

Look into my signature but ANN is a mess.
If you see my MU handle on the web (games, IMDB,...) then it is probably me. Easy right?

Thanks, I don't really use ANN much (well other than checking their news) so I'll have to look at the forums.

I seriously thought BU was still active before I made this topic. That's a shame.
