i chanced upon this in tumblr. and sadly there were no info about its title or whatever. it has nice drawings so i wanna see more of it. (yeah its R18 :> )

It looks like doujinshi, maybe in tags on poster's tumblr will be the title? Or try to ask him/her 🙂

the 18+ means its a H-doujin.
the fact that theres a dude on the cover means....its probably yaoi. the title is there though, if you can read kanji

And it's obviously a yaoi doujinshi of the Sengoku Basara franchise (the original series is NOT yaoi -- it's shounen + historical + action) - so you're out of luck, I'm afraid. The artist sure has some skill, though! That's quite a nice picture, especially considering that it's just a doujin.
