Ever interacted with fellow human beings.

I chose the wrong career... but it can be fixed, plus no money wasted, just a great amount of time. Apart from that I can't remember making any big mistakes. Oh, I was playing with some kids when I was younger, we were having a sand fight, and somebody accidently threw a chunk of sand to my eye. It ended up with me in hospital and an eye-patch for the rest of the summer. Not to mention I couldn't go to the beach (more manga for me!)
