I forgot the name of a manga where the protagonist gets a job as a bad guy minion to provide for his family. He tests out weapons and fights costumed superheroes one of whom ends up being his sister.

I checked the secret organizations and superheroes tags but I'm not having any luck. It was a manga with more modern art too so I strongly believe it was created some time in the 2010s.
