Nope, giving up wars and conflict has a very high cost. Plus, Human nature isn't about peace.
Anyway, some trivial and highly subjective thing to ask.

Short answer is "no." The long answer is "only after the second to last human is gone from the planet, one way or another."

Actualy, world peace is easy to achieve, you only need to stop using money and kill anyone with more than whats needed to survive.

After that u will have only minor fights over resources fights man to man, which in no way may harm the whole picture about peace.

Oh hell no, as long as we can think we will always be hating, jealous, greedy and selfish. Besides we will always have racial differences and fight for resources and supremacy.

You know... another way to get world peace... is for humanity to have a common enemy. A diferent enemy than hunger a poverty tho.

That is pretty much the only way humanity will band up together, they have a common enemy, internal strife will occur but yeah mostly peaceful among humanity while facing that enemy. Though doubt it will happen since we lack the enemy or a common goal.

Yeah if we're talking about merely no conflict between governments it's possible.

World with little to no conflict ever, that's more unlikely.
