Translator Looking for an Opening

Hey guys, I'm looking to work with an established scanslation group as a translator. I can translate from Japanese to English only. Of course I'm willing to do it completely free in my free time. JLPT N2 certified and currently employed as a Japanese to English translator.
Preferences - nothing pornographic or yaoi. I like slice-of-life stuff that's more realistic. Shoujo stuff annoys me. I've never translated manga before but I've read a crap-load. Please reply with details if you have an opening!
Thanks!

Really just about all of the scanlation group out there are looking for translators.
I suggest going to a group that you read most and just sending an email or message to the leader/ members and see what happens.
You can do this for all the scanlations, but I hear translating is time consuming, so be prepared. Also try not take more than you can chew. I used to edit for a couple of groups and I had to stop because I got to busy.
Good luck.

Just as firestalker mentioned, scour a group that is doing a manga which you have read, currently reading, or are willing to try and see if they need any help (most do, some don't like mangastream) - and of course, the aim should be a manga that has not been scanned completely.
