cant really remember much about the manga.
if its one shot or a series i dont remember
it was a girl. she called her younger self to warn her about an accident
in the near future that kills(?) her guy friend.

While I'm not sure what series that is, if you haven't already read (or watched the anime for) Orange, the premise is somewhat similar. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
