I think you might be a little mistaken. Not even the chinese scanlation is completely up-to-date. The latest chapter (chap 56) is available, however there are tons of chapters missing in between. The scanlations for chapter 30-42 and chapter 46-54 are not yet available, and might not ever be available. I don't know where you got your summary for chap 30-40, but if I summarise only the available chapters for you, you'll probably be confused due to the missing chapters. Heck, I might get confused and mess up my summaries.
