The manga I'm looking for is about 2 friends.
One hot summer day, they decided to sleep with each other.
Gradually, they sleep with each other more and more, began to experiment.
They even put a piercing in their private areas (uke--was the tongue and seme was---leave it to your imaginations).
I remember that:
The protagonists both had girlfriends.
They met each other years later, and they were about to say good bye,
then the uke opened his mouth revealing the peircing that basically symbolized
their 'closeness' to each other.
