I wonder if there's any manga like this. Could you recommend me something?

To begin with, I don't read smutty and ecchi-ish manga (not to mention hentai), whatever the gender of the couple is. But I don't mind BL in general, so I do read shounen-ai mangas.

However, all the shounen-ai manga I've read has one flaw - a very limited relationship between the characters - occasional kisses, but nothing more. It's fine in a shounen-ai with a lot of action (like Silver Diamond), but it's a bit frustrating in a manga focusing mostly on the relationship, like Komatta Toki ni wa Hoshi ni Kike!:

I mean, they are such good friends, they are so close that it would be natural for them to deepen the relationship, but they never do. At least not for a long time, I haven't finished the manga.

So, basically, I'm looking for a manga in which the relationship is not an excuse to show bed scenes (because I'm not the kind of person who squeals with excitement seeing these), but in which they appear naturally (I hope you know what I mean) and there are few of them or none at all.
A good example of yaoi-ish thing I like is the Nightrunner series by Lynn Flewelling (these are books). I won't explain why because it would take too long 🙂

And it would be nice if the manga had (not all of these, but preferably at least one):

• action, or a very interesting story aside from the relationship
• nice art
• cuteness 🙂
• comedy or funny scenes.

Mister Mermaid comes to mind.
And Kaze to Ki no Uta does, too, but of course I take every opportunity I can to suggest this manga.

Oops, but both of those are quite solidly dramatic. Not much comedy.

they have a LOT of teasers, and preety humerious too. the relationship develop naturaly. but no bed scenes (at least, not yet, and it's long volumes) but I think I'll expect a bed scene.....at the end of the story or something, not smutty at all.
