naa it's not that bad. And anyway I'm used to that kind of reaction.

IRC is not good for everyone, but not everyone sees it.

I couldn't care less if they closed down forever :3 ... just another way of spoon feeding the lazy monkeys that are too lazy to learn irc ... if you can't you don't even deserve to read manga.. well you can read the mindless ones.. (easily available) perfect for the brainless weeaboos that can't figure out irc.. mwahahaahahahahahah. Or search the scanlator's sites.. stop being so lazy >_> you can find everything you need if you just look.

oh my... that was rude. spare a thought for people who can't use the IRC, will ya? it sure dosen't work on my computer. though I did try using it once on a friends, it was annoying as hell to use (that isn't the same for eveyone though) until you get used to it.

fservs are a different matter though. With a limited queue amount, it can be a pain to manually browse into the directory of your choice and get the files you want and want to queue.

All hail the Empire. -o-

I'm one of those people who think (and see) that irc is too complicated, so, uhh, get well soon?

Is that even applicable.....? 🤣

Was it rude or was it for your own good? :/ look how many monkeys started panicking like the world was over? what will happen when evil empire dies for good? Ever seen chickens run around without their heads? Don't say irc doesn't work on your computer it makes you look retarded... rather say you can't get it to work.. Seriously there are so many other options out there for instance if mirc is tooo had to configure .. www.xchat.org practically works out of the box so to speak download it

then just need to input your sever and a nick.. so freaking hard to type irc.irchighway.net and ubernoob (your nick oh and it doesn't have to be ubernoob it can be anything you want >_>)

then click connect and then type /nickserv register PASSWORD EMAIL (obviously replace with your email and a password of your choice)
then check your email copy and paste the confirmation trigger it starts with
/msg......XXXXX now you're all regged up and ready to leech since you're too dumb to use fserves use lurk's idiot friendly bot system ... but hell some scanlators' channels even make it easier by installing custom triggers like !NC or !Bastard for latest releases... >_> neways . now join lurk..

type /join #lurk go to the website in the topic.. (double click th url) http://gotlurk.net/ type in the manga you want to find in the searc click the # of the one you want copy the code.... paste it into your server window press return (that means enter ) that's it. your file will start downloading after that it's not very hard to repeat the process just start up xchat and click connect.
Then type /msg nickserv identify PASSWORD (use the password from your registration earlier >_>)

If you can't even follow that.. i'll make a demonstration video... >>i made one b4 for opera but i think i abandoned the website :/ mwahahahha .. neways if you're interested i'll post a link. god you people are hopeless .. phanzanu.. shame on you..tsk tsk.... you know i'd even help you personally if you'd ask >> 🙄

Warn: Banned

You got a big ego Edwardo Paster Juanito Mariono Lunio Tentio Luis. Maybe we want to be lazy. Maybe we want to make our life easier.

Now Evil Empire just says "Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible."

What I want to know is what does it matter to YOU whether I download my manga through HTTP or through IRC? I know how to use both, thanks. In fact, I was probably using IRC before you even got yourself hooked up to the internet. I just find HTTP a preferable way to download, personally. And... is there something wrong with doing what works better for me? Does it offend you? Wound you? If it does, you might want to look for better things to get your panties in a bunch over.

One could even say that less users on IRC = faster speeds and less congestion for those downloading on IRC. So really... What was it you were complaining about again?

It all sounds like, "I'm cool and anyone who doesn't do things just like me isn't cool!" which sounds like something I haven't heard since 4th grade recess. XD

some lazy bum. if you could sit for a day playing games and surfing net, why don't you try to learn using irc. i took 2 days learning how to use irc and its worth it. damn, people this day are so lazy. always want people to teach and not learning by them self.

here is a link ---> http://ronin.soldats.net/

holy crap the irc junkies are out in force today. Anyone can use IRC if you just spend a day messing with it. But why worry when there are people who actually go through the effort of making it easy for anyone who doesn't want to bother with it. Dont quite understand why the pro irc people are being jerks about it. Just keep using IRC like most of us do anyone and leave the "monkeys" (as someone who thinks they are more intelligent then they really are phrased it) alone. Just my sense, no point in coming on to a forum where people are chatting friendly and being condescending.

So, does IRC have a resume function? (I am one of the "idiots" that doesn't use IRC) I mean can I start downloading something and pick it up later?

I wish Evil Empire luck in figuring out the server problems, its a good site.
