It is one of the best yaoi I have ever read and I'm wondering uf there is any more yaoi like this one?
I mean like= All those emotions... Like a yaoi that really makes you feel but not in the overly dramatic, fluffy way. I Love a masochistic, realistic uke who doesn't sob over things, and one who you can empathize with, cry over.. and I love the fact that the story almost solely is about him and his life. I love a story that focuses on the uke's whole life or mental condition or something like that
Any suggestions?

Similar to Saezuru... Tenshi no Uta (Nishida Higashi), maybe?
I love Endless World and Shisei no Otoko too, both of them made me have all those emotions. You can also give a try to Sora wo Daite Oyasumi and Acid Town...

I'm assuming you've read everything else that Yoneda Kou has done (my personal fave is Doushitemo Furetakunai and its spin-off) so you could try Yamada Yugi - she's a fantastic storyteller. I love her knack for humour and emotion. I think my favourite would be Darenimo Ai Sarenai, I've read it a bunch of times. Most works by Hidaka Shoko and Shoowa tend to be pretty deep, too.
