oh, just thought of my favorite. It's at the beginning of Love Hina.

Naru: (leaning up against Keitaro in the hot springs, not knowing he's a guy, and grabbing his crotch). What's this hard thingy? It's getting bigger and bigger.

I'd put my vote in for a scene from fairy tail. A lot of its stuff cracks me up, but probably either the end of chapter 21 volume 3 where

All the members of the guild meeting are chasing after fairy tail for accidently destroying their entire building in a fight, and Natsu (a fairy tail member) joins the lynch mob. but more likely its at the end of chapter 69, friggin hilarious.

The match between Sakuragi and the school captain in Slam Dunk. Sakuragi was supposed to do something amazing but he tripped and on his way down, he held onto the captain's shorts and pulled it down.

Most of the fighting scenes in Angel Densetsu are so funny but there is one I remember more clear right now.

every one misunderstand Seiichirou when he asks them to clean the park and when he and his friends go there in order to clean the trash, he beat a big group of thugs up without even noticing it! later the reaction of his friends when they see how he is dragging the bodies toward the trees, is so hilarious! :haha:

Still talking about N.H.K.: I always laugh whenever Satou makes those twisted faces. They are just such a sharp contrast from the rest of the art that you laugh at how out of place it seems.

The only one I remember distictively right now is from Hajime no Ippo. It's when one of the main characters saw a girl he liked clinging to another guy. After a while, he calms down and says, "I'm alright. I'm over Reiko now." Then Ippo accidentally feeds the guy's fish some cold medicine, and it stops moving and floats to the top of the aquarium. Kawamura (?) starts screaming, "No! Reiko! Reiko!" Lol, obviously, he wasn't over her just yet.
