So much mystery concerning voodoo...
Does anyone know the details thereof? It seems like an interesting subject of study or discussion.

It doesn't always work. I tried it on Manick, stealth, lamb, Kaioh, mom'smilk, ranmaru, luiz, and some of you. But you are still here, so obviously it didn't work.

Dunno anything about Voodoo.... but most male protagonists in shounen harem manga seem to practice it. How else could they be constantly surrounded by beautiful underwear-flashing women.

Needle pin in and out, out of M's eyes, needle pin in and out, out of L's tummy.
I'm kidding of course. I would never practice the dark art. I am a religious person of ethnic morals. 😮
Especially not lamb or stealth, they have been SOOOO friendly and tolerating

i think in a couple of countries its veiwed in the same respect as a religion.
its got a bad image because of the horror movies so i think that a few people would see it as something to do with black magick and find it scary.
do it yourself!
(i don't practice it)
The only glimpse of knowledge that I have pertaining to voodoo is that which was in that movie "The Skeleton Key". Of course I don't know what's fact from fiction, so I'm completely ignorant on the subject myself...
Although I wonder if brick dust does work? 😕

Oh it's real alright...I didn't believe it would work until my friend thought he'd show me by giving me a bruise on my arm and leg. That creeped the hell out of me. But he ended up being absent from School, for 'falling ill' all of a sudden for I tihnk about 4 or 5 days.
Well I did give him some of my hair, and blood plus let him take a photo of me. To 'maximize' the effectiveness. Though to a person who doesn't do Voodoo it sounds...very...disturbing lol reading that.
From what he told me, it was used for good originally, as to strengthen oneself. As Keneko said, it only became bad to scare off Europeans. Also for the fact that it wasn't 'holy'+ non 'Christian' and deemed the black arts and evil. You all know what those people were like back then...'Witch! Witch! Kill them!'
Voodoo like other some Black Arts, tend to have a consequence. A deal with the Devil or Demons as they say. As my Voodoo friend told me, you have your Black>Gray<White. Depending on your choices it can have negative or positive effect or nothing will happen.
I don't do Voodoo, so I don't know the depths of it. However if it's Ouija and other Paranormal stuff, then I got quite a few experiences.

Ouija board is just too influenced by the participants. a study done a year ago shows it doesn't work.

I wouldn't generalize that, yet I do understand how it can be disproved. However with that said, there is a factor into the participants which can't really be measured. In that a participant in both controlled and non controlled element, they themselves expected what the result is wanted and therefore unconsciously give the researchers the result they want. This seems to be the case for quite a few studies in Psychology. It's the same cognitive, where people naturally believe everything needs an answer and there fore will turn to whatever they believe is logical and related superstitious or not. However as a person who has experienced it myself with others, I know it works. There have been studies into such Paranormal, however there has never been any distinctive answer as even after hundreds of years no one has been able to disprove or prove whether it works. It's the same form, of 'Do you believe in Chi/Ki' studies have shown there is no such thing yet on others some have shown otherwise. Also as a person who has had Paranormal experiences, I never say yes or no. Each person is different, not just in physical, but also spiritual.
Though I'm not willing to rule out there are fakers, and people who as that study showed and others, that participants/volunteers can be influenced by many factors, as like a group of people walking through a corridor compared to the same group walking through a similar corridor but was told it's haunted and walking at night. It's expected that the Night walk will have more reactions than the other.
Well whatever the case is, believe or not is up to the individuals. As for me I am just on the believe side due to my experiences, but doesn't mean I won't try and rule out the possible scientific answers and explanations. However I admit that I haven't had a paranormal experience for 4-5 yrs. Well they say, the younger the person the more energy they have and higher perceptions/senses than old. Physically and Spiritually.

Don't think I need to, just looked at the comments, though only 6. The comments pretty much summarized what I've said here haha.
Interesting site and booked, just looking at the other articles now. Great...now I feel like I have to visit this site too to check on articles on possible controversies, myths, and the sort. 🤣 Just looking at the lockpicking one right now and yes I tried lockpicking with paper clips and other assortments before. It works, depending on the structure of the lock it can be easy or hard.

I made a doll that looks like you. If it works, you shouldn't be able to type anymore. Or even think for that matter. Joking. 😐
