If so, what manga were you reading? In the image there was an arrow pointing at
the guy with brown hair and says something like this " his head should be pressed more down" or something similar.

Just to narrow a bit the possibilities, I suggest you search it between the manga that Dangerous Pleasure scanalated, since they released the oneshot the image is from, as Neckmego noted.
