I'm trying to remember the title of this manga that included this oneshot/chapter that I think wasn't related to the main story about a guy who is really sensitive skin or doesn't like it when people touch him, but he's okay with or he's trying to get over it with this one guy who touches him, but one day the guy catches him being touched by someone else and gets angry, but the sensitive guy goes back to him, and I think tells him something along the lines that he only really feels sensitive when this guy touches him, and there was something that involved a popsicle (pretty sure that was included in here, yeah) and there was sex--... Sorry I can't remember all the details, and maybe some of the stuff I said was inaccurate haha, but I'm sure that it was only a one chapter thing/oneshot that was included in a book, but it could be up on its own too!

It sounds like something Sakuraga Mei drew, but I don't know at the end of which volume since several of her series got recently merged on this site.

Edit: found it, it's the 5th chapter of "Warui Koibito ja Dame?"
