Is it possible to incorporate another variable into the system. This variable would be in direct relation with the number of voters and how high the manga is voted. This is done to primarily reduce incidents where a new manga with only a few votes of 10 stars getting on the top rated manga list.
The new variable would be something like, the product of the number of vote and the how high the manga is voted. This is the simplest way to give each manga a new numbering system and rank them according to such number.
Don't you guys agree? I'm sick of finding bad mangas who made it to the top because only 5 people rated it 10 stars.

They are already doing this. Top rated manga is sorted by the Bayesian Average not the actual average.
