I found this manga a while back and don't remember the name.
Here is the plot:
The seme and uke worked together and the seme had a crush on the uke. The thing I remember most was the uke was tramatized by something that happened when he was in high/ middle school(THE CHARACTERS ARE NOT IN HIGH SCHOOL) and in one scene the seme(I think the seme has blonde hair and the uke darker hair) kissed the uke in a room that had no one else in it and the uke just stands there staring into space and won't tell the seme what happened to him.
I remember in the end the seme did it with the uke to try and get him
Over his fear( and the uke cried almost the whole time because he didn't want to do it at all) and that's what I remember. They were working adults not in high school btw.

Update:
I remembered that I think the Ukes job was that he designed stuff on a computer. And the first kiss the couple had together was at work(away from everyone)
