Are there any manga's where there's a shota (pre-teen or younger) involved but has a plot that doesn't entirely evolve around smut? No trap shota either, where they really look like girls.
The shota can be uke or seme, I just don't want your typical girly shota.
Something kinda like chapter 5 & 6 of Heart ni Goyoujin would be awesome. :]

The art's not great, but the story is a well-done, serious look on rape and awakening sexuality.
The Last March
It's g-comi, but it's one of the best, seriously. It also takes on the topics of rape and awakening sexuality, but in a more realistic, grittier way.
Much of Kaze to Ki no Uta could be considered shota, too, and it is of course excellent.
