Years ago I read a manga about a boy who was in love with his best friend, but was afraid to tell him so, so he wrote his feelings on a paper airplane, which was supposed to be released in the high school opening ceremony, but events led to his friend reading the message instead.

I think his friend was a member of the student council and dating a female upperclassman.

I remember there was a touching scene where one boy was light-headed in a crowded assembly and his friend helped undo his collar to breath more easily.

If anyone could help me recall the title of this manga, I would be so appreciative!
