So has anybody read the story leaks? Bioware said that it was an early script and that the finished one will be different, but some of the things in the script played out so well that it seems like they're gonna keep those...

Well obviously they'll say the leaked script is a draft. Should they admit that the leak gave away many key plot points? I didn't read it so I don't have the right to judge with my own eyes. Whatev I'm just pumped for it.

No, I didn't read them because I didn't want to spoil it. XD
I'm glad you say its good, though. I've been hearing a lot of people slam the gameplay and storyline.
Does the walker choose the path, or the path the walker?
I'll leave this here. Seems pretty epic to me.

I haven't read any of the leaked script. Don't want anything spoiled for me. Only a week left!

It's enjoyable, I guess..... But bugs GALORE. I swear, they need to break off from EA NOW. Between the bugs and heavy-handed storyline, it's almost unplayable. Still, bugs aside, the storyline is at least better then DAII. So at least they're improving? Still, some of the bugs are so bad I can't even complete certain core quests - the game will randomly crash, or I'll simply be unable to move to another area.

What are you playing on? I've been avoiding reviews, forums and the like to avoid spoilers so I've heard nothing about bugs.

@true grave unit: I finished mass effect 3 on PC with the import save from ME1+2:
+Storyline and dialogs are good, not epic but much better than everything else out there.
+Combat is challenging even in normal difficulty when you get close to the end. Fairly tactical and you will not only need a good grasp of first person shooter but also a fair bit of RPG power use. Some battles are down right cheating on the NPC part so don't blame yourself for repeating.
+Graphics and Sounds are adequate for a console port but if you play on PC you will immediately notice the low texture on almost everything except some characters. This is not a bug but rather the game didn't include high resolution textures. The texture is even worse than ME2 and particularly annoying if you have been playing a game with high resolution texture (Skyrim with HD mod). Sound is fairly good with some nice soundtracks but some enemies will make annoying sound (Banshee).
+Bugs:this is the 1st console port from Bioware that I actually notice the bugs. There are quite a few of them, ranging from mildly annoying to game breaking. Mild ones, for example, would be sometimes Shepard fail to put on the helmet in dialogs even when you enabled it. Slightly more annoying would be the NPC in your intercom becoming solid and appear as a double (1 transparent and 1 solid); OR NPC would just warp around during some dialogs (rarely). Game breaking would be: sometimes enemies would fail to load in an area and you have to replay the whole mission from your save.

PC. But there are quite a few bugs on consoles as well (just not as many as the PC).

There's a few problems with the camera, people not loading into cut scenes and a few bosses being glitched. The only real problem I've seen is in the multilayer where the character wont use powers because of lag. Otherwise the game is great....excluding the ending
Things I enjoy:
- Badassery. I love being, doing, and living it. I also enjoy seeing it as it usually makes me cry man tears.
- Badassness.
- Badasses.
- Badass mofos.
- Manly badasses.
Things that I hate:
- Wimpy protagonists.
- Girly protagonists (if they're men).
- Douchie protagonists.
- Idiotic protagonists.
- Over-the-line rude protagonists.

rumors say they changed the ending/plot because there was a plot leak last year... can't say that was smart considering the leak wasn't ALL that well known and made much more sense (was better) than this one... or so I have heard.
oh and no one hacked anything to get the plot, an employe got stupid with the script thats all....

I just finished ME3...... and I just feel empty.
The whole game was one of the best I've played. Combat was engaging, characters were interesting and there was plenty of good writing in there.
It all just fell apart in the span of literally less than 10 minutes.
I was planning to do another run through with my femshep, but now, I just don't see the point.
The journey was great, the destination however, was anything but.
To me, this truly signifies the death of BIoware. I held out hope for this to be a great addition to their library, after the incredible disappointment that was DA2, and the glorified shooter, entertaining it may be, that was ME2.
The last great game to come from that studio was Dragon Age: Origins. EA has thoroughly tainted everything since.
This will have been the last time I buy anything related to either company. 😢
